The Notes Sub Tab provides an area for recording client notes. The main purpose of this field is to record important client information for the Supplier email booking requests.
All information included in this text field will be shown in your Email Booking Requests to suppliers. You may like to include information such as; client’s home country, reason for travelling, any medical or dietary requirements, and additional information that your suppliers might be interested in.
If this information is not required on some Email Booking Requests, you can easily delete the note (or part of the note)when previewing your emails.
