Publishing Quick-Notes
Publishing Quick Notes can either be added to an Itinerary or to a Supplier. If your note is something that is unlikely to be used by another client/ customer you should add it to the Itinerary concerned. If however the note is likely to be used for other clients / customers you should add it to the Supplier concerned.
Image Format – Baseline JPEG vs. Progressive JPEG
JPEGs come in two types: Baseline and Progressive. When saving JPEG files to the TourwriterData folder, please ensure these are saved in the JPEG Baseline format. Tourwriter requires images to be in Baseline format in order to export to MS Word.
