Resolution

The problem is due to insufficient Windows permissions in writing the file to Windows folders.
To resolve;

1. Make sure that you are installing Tourwriter from a Windows User Account that has ‘administrator’ privileges.
2. Check the User account privileges by going to Windows Start > Control Panel > User accounts and Family safety > User Accounts and then Manage another account.
3. Select the User account and check the account type is ‘Administrator’.
4. If it is not ‘Administrator’, click on the applicable account and select ‘Administrator’.

In addition to the above, try the below:
Locate the downloaded .exe file (perhaps in your Downloads folder on your PC) and right click the file > Run as Administrator

Also, while installing Tourwriter, in the software licence agreement window, click on ‘Use Administrator Settings’ radio button and click next.
This should install Tourwriter with administrator privileges.
