Tourwriter Database Version Update Error
Error: Failed to complete update stop ‘run database update script 2015.5.25,” the setup has been rolled back and the update cancelled at that point.
Error: You already have an online database configured
Error “You already have an online database configured.” This error occurs while you are trying to start a Free Trial in Tourwriter. Resolution Tourwriter will not permit you to create an additional Free Trial Database when you have already downloaded a Free Trial Database. Please contact support@tourwriter.com accordingly.
Error while Saving a Supplier
“System.Data.ConstraintException: Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints” while saving Supplier.
Database connection string not initialized
This error message suggests that you have created too many Tourwriter Databases, which is why you are unable to login. Please follow the steps provided to resolve this issue.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException
If you have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail, the next thing to check is your antivirus software. We have found certain antivirus software can (in some cases) delete the Tourwriter.exe file.

Error Message – Tourwriter License Notice
“Your Tourwriter License has been exceeded (60 minute period). Data is read only.”
This alert is due to the maximum number of Users on your Tourwriter license being exceeded.
