This feature allows you to sort your Booking List workspace into an order of your choosing.
You will find many different Workspaces (eg. Bookings List, Audit Results, Warnings etc) throughout Tourwriter that you might wish to set out in a particular way.
To illustrate how you can adjust your view in Tourwriter workspaces, we are using the Tourwriter Add new booking pop-up window.
The Itineraries section in Tourwriter is where users create and store information relating to a client’s booking. A good, clear folder structure for Itineraries is recommended. Common sorting methods for folders include: by year of travel, with subfolders by month of travel, or by staff member in charge of that Itinerary. Itineraries will be automatically ordered alphabetically by itinerary name within each folder.
For a multitude of reasons , it is vital to enter time data into Tourwriter both accurately and in the correct places. The information provided here should help you to become an expert at managing time information for both Suppliers and Itineraries and ultimately for your client documentation. It truly is all about the detail.
Tourwriter takes it’s date format from your computer settings. To display the date format in Tourwriter, in a different way, you must change your computer’s regional settings.
You can deactivate both Itineraries and Suppliers. This is done in similar ways – by unticking “Is active?” in Itineraries and unticking “Is Supplier active?” in Suppliers.
