Itinerary Information

The Itinerary Name is the name of the party travelling. Think of a naming convention that is the easiest for your company to use as this is how the itineraries will appear and be sorted in the Itineraries Menu on the left.

Itinerary Start/End Information

For Itinerary Start Date, Tourwriter automatically defaults to the date of creation or date of copy (i.e. today’s date). The date format is set according to the date and time format setting on your computer. Itinerary start/end times are in the 24 hour clock format e.g. 14:00.

The Comments field is a passive communication field, i.e.between employees, and can be used to record a brief overview of the client and their travel plans (i.e. honeymoon, active outdoors, into food and wine etc).
