Location Cards

Location Cards can be added to the Location table, (i.e. specific branch location information) for the Supplier. A Location Card or Cards can then be attached at Itinerary level to an individual booking. Attaching Location Cards will trigger an Itinerary report to display different location and contact information to that which is set up on the Supplier Tab and also allows multiple pick-up and drop-off information to be displayed for that one Booking Item.

The Itinerary Name is the name of the party travelling. Think of a naming convention that is the easiest for your company to use as this is how the itineraries will appear and be sorted in the Itineraries Menu on the left.

Itinerary Start/End Information

For Itinerary Start Date, Tourwriter automatically defaults to the date of creation or date of copy (i.e. today’s date). The date format is set according to the date and time format setting on your computer. Itinerary start/end times are in the 24 hour clock format e.g. 14:00.
