The Audit Trail logs any updates or deletions made within an Itinerary, Supplier or Contact.
Tourwriter can send booking requests etc. to Suppliers. To enable this, you must enter login details of an email account that Tourwriter will use to send emails. These login details will be used to authenticate the sending of emails for all staff (i.e. one account to authenticate all staff).
Allows you to manage and maintain the actual database. Here you can back up or restore data from a back up.
If your database is online, your database backups are maintained by TravelMesh. The database server disks are imaged every 30 minutes, and full backups are done every 24 hours and copied to another physical location. If you have an offline database, we recommend you perform regular (daily/weekly) database backups.
This area allows you to view your existing licence or add a new licence. When a licence expires, users will be prompted, at regular intervals, with a reminder message. Once a new licence has been purchased and issued, it is added here and the prompts will cease immediately for all users.
How to Bulk Update
Firstly, a User with Administrator Permissions must enable (tick) the Bulk service/rates update Permission in Tools > Setup > Account Types > Administrator > Permissions in selected Role.
