Activities Email Booking Request Template

This booking request template is great for Activity bookings where you would like the End Time to be displayed in booking requests. It differs to the standard email booking request template where the End Time of the Activity will only show if the Nights field has been completed.

Creating a Standard Group Quote

A Standard Group Quote in Tourwriter describes a scenario where you need to prepare:

a per person quote based on different group sizes or passenger ranges e.g. 10-14; 15-19; 20-24
a per person quote based on a set group size (e.g. 2 people on a twin share basis) and you need to specify a single supplement or triple reduction.
