We have added a second Publishing Quick Note field to the Bookings Editor > Notes Subtab, which will allow you to add further information about a booking and display this in you clients’ quotations and itineraries.

Menu Makeover: Additional Menu
The Additional menu (accessed from either the bottom left corner of Tourwriter or from Tools > Additional) has been updated to include the new Supplier Payments and Trial Balance features.
Menu Makeover: Bookings List Tools
The Bookings List Tools menu has had a mini makeover following the roll out of our New Groups features in the November 2016 release.
New Passenger Email Template Tags
Three new email template tags have been added, in the September 2016 release, for use in booking emails including: [!PaxRoomType], [!PaxRoomNo], [!PaxPaxType].
Travefy Integration Released
The Travefy publishing feature is now available and will enhance your clients’ travel experience. Your clients can now access their itineraries via a unique webpage URL or within the Trip Plans Mobile App using the very simple ‘Push to Online’ button in Tourwriter.
Multi language compatible fields
In our August 2016 update, we extended the list of fields that accept non-roman characters for languages such as Japanese, Korean and Russian.
