We have added a second Publishing Quick Note field to the Bookings Editor > Notes Subtab, which will allow you to add further information about a booking and display this in you clients’ quotations and itineraries.
There are a number of ways to share your itinerary, you may even like to Invite Collaborators.
Collaborators can edit all aspects of bookings, add New Events, get involved in Discussions and add Ideas + Polls.

Publishing Quick Notes can either be added to an Itinerary or to a Supplier. If your note is something that is unlikely to be used by another client/ customer you should add it to the Itinerary concerned. If however the note is likely to be used for other clients / customers you should add it to the Supplier concerned.
JPEGs come in two types: Baseline and Progressive. When saving JPEG files to the TourwriterData folder, please ensure these are saved in the JPEG Baseline format. Tourwriter requires images to be in Baseline format in order to export to MS Word.
