Recommended Rules for Loading Insurance

  1. In the Type field, under Services, select Insurance from the drop-down options
  2. In the Charge field, under Services, select GROUP
  3. As the Charge Type is GROUP, the Type field in Pricing options for selected services is left empty for every Pricing Option loaded
  4. Every Option should have the Default ticked.

Recommended Rules for Loading Fees on a per GROUP Basis

  1. In the Type field, under Services, select Fees from the drop-down options
  2. In the Charge field, under Services, select GROUP
  3. As the Charge Type is GROUP, the Type field in Pricing options for selected services is left empty for every Pricing Option loaded
  4. Every Option should have the Default ticked.

Recommended Rules for Loading Fees on a per PAX Basis

  1. In the Type field, under Services, select Fees from the drop-down options
  2. In the Charge field, under Services, select PAX from the drop-down options
  3. As the Charge Type is PAX the Type field in Pricing options for selected services is Adult, Child etc.
  4. Tick Adult as the Default
